1. Who we are

IQpredictor ("we", "us", "our") operates the website at iqpredictor.com. This policy explains what personal data we collect and how we use it.

2. Data we collect

• Account data — name and email address provided via Google OAuth when you sign in.
• Test data — your responses, reaction times, and derived scores for each cognitive domain.
• Usage data — tab-switch events during the test, used solely for flagging potentially unreliable results.
• Guardian data— if a child (ages 6–15) takes the test, we collect the guardian's email address and record their consent.
• Payment data — we do not store your payment card details. Payments are processed by Ko-Fi. We receive a confirmation message containing your session code, which we use solely to unlock your test results. Ko-Fi may retain transaction records subject to their own privacy policy.

3. How we use your data

• To authenticate your account and maintain your test session.
• To calculate and display your cognitive performance scores.
• To verify payment and unlock your test results.
• To track session credits purchased via a bundle plan.
• To improve our test norms using aggregated, anonymised statistics.
• To send you occasional updates if you opt in. You can unsubscribe at any time.
• To display relevant advertisements via Google AdSense.

4. Data sharing

We do not sell your personal data. We share data only with:

• Google — for authentication (OAuth) and advertising (AdSense/Analytics). See Google's Privacy Policy.
• Ko-Fi — as our payment processor. When you pay via Ko-Fi, Ko-Fi processes your transaction and notifies us of the payment confirmation. See Ko-Fi's Privacy Policy.

5. Cookies

We use an httpOnly session cookie (test_session_id) to track your active test across pages. Google AdSense may set its own cookies for ad personalisation; you can opt out via Google Ad Settings.

6. Data retention

Account and test data are retained for as long as your account is active. Payment records are retained for accounting and fraud-prevention purposes. You may request deletion at any time by emailing us at privacy@iqpredictor.com.

7. Children's privacy

Children aged 6–15 may use IQpredictor only with verifiable parental or guardian consent. We collect the guardian's email address solely to record that consent was obtained. We do not knowingly collect data from children under 6.

8. Your rights

Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, or delete your personal data, or to object to processing. Contact us at privacy@iqpredictor.com.

9. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The "Last updated" date above will reflect any changes. Continued use of the site constitutes acceptance.
