1. Acceptance

By accessing iqpredictor.com you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

2. Entertainment only — not a clinical assessment

IQpredictor provides a cognitive performance estimate for entertainment and informational purposes only. Results are not a validated clinical IQ test, are not peer-reviewed, and are not suitable for diagnostic, educational, employment, or any other consequential decision-making. Do not use your score as a substitute for a professional psychological evaluation.

3. Eligibility

• You must be at least 6 years old to use IQpredictor.
• Users aged 6–15 must have a parent or guardian provide consent before taking the test. By providing consent, the guardian confirms they have the legal right to do so.
• By using the site, you represent that you meet the eligibility requirements above.

4. Account

You must sign in with a valid Google account to take the test. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account. You may not share your account with others.

5. Payments and refunds

Viewing your test results requires a payment processed via Ko-Fi:

• Single session — USD 1.00 unlocks the results for one completed test.
• Bundle (five sessions) — USD 3.00 unlocks the current result and grants four credits redeemable on future tests. Credits are tied to your account and do not expire while your account is active.

No refunds. Because results are delivered digitally and are unlocked immediately upon payment confirmation, we do not offer refunds once your results have been displayed. If you experience a technical issue preventing access after payment, contact us at support@iqpredictor.com within 7 days and we will investigate.

Payment confirmation relies on Ko-Fi's webhook notification service. In the event of a processing delay or communication failure, results may not unlock immediately. Please use the “Check my results” option on the payment screen or contact support if your payment was charged but results did not unlock within 10 minutes.

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or extract item-bank content.
• Use automated tools (bots, scripts) to take or manipulate the test.
• Misrepresent your test results or use them in any official capacity.
• Circumvent payment controls or attempt to unlock results without valid payment.
• Harass, abuse, or harm other users or our infrastructure.

7. Intellectual property

All test content, code, and graphics are the property of IQpredictor and may not be reproduced, distributed, or used commercially without written permission.

8. Disclaimers and limitation of liability

IQpredictor is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any damages arising from use of the site or reliance on test results. We are not responsible for delays or failures in Ko-Fi's payment processing service.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which IQpredictor is registered, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

10. Changes

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the site after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
